Set in the year 2092 and follows the crew of a space junk collector ship called The Victory. When they discover a humanoid robot named Dorothy that's known to be a weapon of mass destruction, they get involved in a risky business deal.
""Seungriho" should have been released in theaters. It's a big-budget space adventure from South Korea, but unfortunately the pandemic prevented that from happening. And even though it's an East Asian production, it has international appeal as various languages are spoken throughout the story - same vibe as the series 'Altered Carbon', where people use a device to translate other languages. "Seungriho" has references to many science fiction films and builds its identity around that. Fun, well-made feature film and an interesting genre to be explored by South Koreans."
